Position Overview

As IT Specialist, you'll be the backbone of Muvr's internal operations — managing our SaaS stack, automations, and IT infrastructure across the company. You'll collaborate with Central Operations, Engineering, and Product to ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and AWS
• Administer accounts, roles, and permissions across all internal systems
• Build and maintain automations and integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs)
• Monitor system performance, security, and uptime
• Support workflow automation, compliance, and data governance
• Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
• Document configurations, workflows, and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years as a Systems Administrator, IT Specialist, or DevOps Associate
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS and IAM tools (Okta, SSO, MFA)
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and automation platforms
• Strong grasp of data governance and security frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, CCPA)
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills

Pay: Php45,000.00 per month
