Schedule: Morning / Mid Shift - some shift hours (1pm to 10pm for example) might be required on some days.

About the Role

The Associate/Senior IT Analyst – Operations and Coordination will support the day-to-day operations and coordinate cross-functional activities necessary for the establishment of a new IT Delivery and Resiliency Center (IDRC) in Valencia, Spain. This role works to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provides all-around support, helping to ensure IDRC initiatives run smoothly and efficiently.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

  • Execute daily operations required for the establishment and smooth running of the IDRC and its services.
  • Address and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide support services as needed, such as coordinating use of the IDRC office space and assisting in the implementation of open innovation challenges.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and collaboration across teams.
  • Plan and organize initiatives that support the goals and objectives of the IDRC.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, issues, and resolutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Has 3-5yrs of experience in operations management, preferably within an IT or technical environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, particularly in setting up new operations or facilities.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Experience working in an international organization or multicultural environment.
