Job Title: Graphic Designer—Marketplace Marketing

Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Online Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content across both print and digital channels, supporting marketing, branding, and user experience initiatives. From marketplace visuals to packaging design, UI assets, and motion graphics, this role is perfect for a designer with a broad skill set and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing DesignCreate visually engaging graphics for brand campaigns, product marketing, internal communications, and advertising.

Marketplace VisualsDesign and optimize images for Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, and TikTok platforms to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.

Print CollateralDevelop high-quality print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and product packaging, ensuring alignment with print production standards.

Digital Media Design

Produce dynamic graphics for use in social media content, email marketing campaigns, digital ads, and websites.

Illustration & Custom ArtworksCreate original illustrations and vector graphics for brand storytelling and marketing materials.

UI Design SupportWork closely with the UI/UX team to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly design assets, including layouts, icons, and screens.

UX ContributionParticipate in wireframing, prototyping, and user feedback sessions to ensure designs align with a smooth and intuitive user experience.

Motion Graphics & AnimationDevelop short-form animations, explainer videos, or motion assets to elevate digital storytelling.

TypographyApply best practices in typography to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment in all visual materials.

Photography & Photo EditingSource, shoot, or edit images for use in campaigns and product pages, ensuring high visual quality and consistency.

Client & Team CollaborationWork directly with internal teams and stakeholders to understand design briefs, present concepts, and implement feedback effectively.

Project & Time ManagementManage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines across all design responsibilities.

Trends & Innovation

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

ExperienceBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience in a design role.

Software ProficiencyStrong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Sketch, Figma, After Effects, or similar tools is a plus.

Portfolio

A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across print, digital, e-commerce, and multimedia design projects.

Creativity & Attention to DetailExcellent aesthetic sense with high attention to detail and consistency.

Communication & CollaborationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and articulate design ideas clearly.

Brand UnderstandingFamiliarity with brand strategy and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all channels.

Marketplace Design ExperienceExperience with e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, Zalora) is a plus but not required — willingness to learn is essential.

Location: Preferably residing near Makati City. This is a full-time, on-site (non-hybrid) role.

Work Schedule:Monday to Thursday (9 hours)

Friday (8 hours)

Saturday (4 hours)
