Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, or HubSpot).
  • Expertise in CRM architecture, data modeling, automation workflows, and security design.
  • Hands-on experience with custom development and APIs (Apex, JavaScript, C#, REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Boomi, Informatica).
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Consulting & Business Skills
  • Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
  • Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Skilled in creating architecture diagrams, solution documentation, and proposals.
  • Experience with sales processes, customer service, marketing automation, and customer experience design.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
  • Lead the design of CRM solutions across sales, service, and marketing functions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Define the system architecture, including integrations, data flows, and security models.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and IT governance frameworks.
  • Develop technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and solution roadmaps.
Pre-Sales & Consulting Support
  • Participate in discovery workshops to analyze business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define solution approaches, effort estimates, and value propositions.
  • Support proof of concept (PoC) or demo activities to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and presentations.
Implementation Leadership
  • Provide technical leadership to project teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration activities.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Manage environment strategies, data migration, and release management plans.
  • Conduct design reviews and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
Integration & Data Management
  • Design and oversee data models, migrations, and synchronization strategies.
  • Define integration patterns between CRM and ERP, marketing, or external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Act as the trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, analysts, and delivery leads to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the CRM practice.
