
Online Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and fulfill online orders, ensuring all customer and shipping details are complete and correct.
- Manage and regularly update product listings, pricing, and availability across online platforms.
- Provide responsive and professional customer support via Facebook, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, and other communication channels.
- Proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through Facebook, TikTok, and messaging apps to generate and convert leads.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Support promotional efforts, including content preparation, messaging, and customer follow-up during campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance and report insights to management.
- Maintain sales records, track inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks related to online transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online order processing.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and engage B2B leads via Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber, and Telegram.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with online retail tools and digital platforms.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of inventory/order tracking systems is an advantage.
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
