We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic
Trust Business Analyst
to support our growing wealth management operations in the Philippines. This role is essential in optimizing trust and fiduciary services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing client experience for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, implement system improvements, and support product development tailored to the Philippine market.

Your Role

  • Analyze and document trust-related business processes including client onboarding, portfolio management, compliance, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Support the development and enhancement of trust products and services aligned with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and market trends
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and digital transformation
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of trust accounting systems and client portals
  • Prepare business cases, functional specifications, and user stories for system upgrades and new initiatives
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and change management activities
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis within wealth management, trust operations, or financial services in the Philippines
  • Strong understanding of trust structures, fiduciary duties, and BSP regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Confluence) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with trust accounting systems (e.g., TrustPlus, Fintrust, or similar) is an advantage
  • Experience in Avaloq is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
