Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Join Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. as a Housekeeping Supervisor in our Cainta Rizal office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring our clients and guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and coordinate the daily housekeeping activities of the team
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and other facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Implement housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed
• Train, supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver excellent customer service
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a clean and well-maintained facility

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Proficient in the use of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest requests and issues
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, guests and colleagues
