Job title: Graphic and Multimedia Artists

Summary of Position:

The Graphic and Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, layouts, animations, and multimedia content that support the organization's marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role ensures all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines, visually engaging, and delivered within required timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibility:

1. Graphic Design

  • Design marketing collateral such as posters, brochures, banners, infographics, presentations, and other visual materials.
  • Develop digital assets for social media, websites, and online campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity across all materials.

2. Multimedia Production

  • Create video content including storyboards, editing, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Produce multimedia content for digital platforms, events, and internal/external communications.
  • Edit audio and incorporate sound design to enhance video outputs.

3. Branding & Creative Direction

  • Assist in developing brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other departments to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
  • Present design concepts and revise materials based on stakeholder feedback.

4. Content Management

  • Organize and maintain libraries of design assets, raw files, templates, and creative archives.
  • Manage file versions and ensure all outputs follow proper naming and storage conventions.

5. Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand creative requirements.
  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Support events by producing visuals, AV presentations, and related materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts Major in Video Production, Film, and other related fields
  • Basic knowledge on camera configurations and operations
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Proficiency in design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
