  • Education:
  • At least a college level education or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Experience:
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in a freight forwarding company.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Skilled in using TABS for booking and manifest preparation.
  • Understanding of Pre-Advise procedures related to shipping lines.
  • Operational Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for keeping trucking permits, clearances, and related documents up to date.
  • Track and document all payments related to trucking services.
  • Generate billing reports for each trucking request.
  • Maintain regular communication with account handlers to address trucking requirements and concerns.
  • Oversee delivery schedules and must be open to working beyond regular hours when necessary.
