Job Title: Audit Specialist

Location: Mandaue City

Employment Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine financial records, transactions, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and validity
  • Analyze accounting policies, assess estimates, and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Evaluate systems and processes to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and improve financial reporting
  • Conduct audits to verify compliance with legal, industry, and contractual requirements
  • Assess risk management practices, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in auditing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Strong communication skills for reporting findings and recommendations
  • Knowledge of risk management and internal control systems
