Job Description

The Talent Operation Analysts focus is to design and deliver talent reporting and insights for the Talent Solutions business and our embedded and RPO clients, via monthly and quarterly insights presentations delivered in collaboration with our Client Leads. 

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Managing the analytics portfolio for current and future solutions accounts, providing data and insights via monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting inc client facing meetings alongside the Client Lead

  • Fostering a proactive and positive relationships with Clients, client leads and onsite talent partners to demonstrate impact of our solutions using talent data.

  • Collaborating with colleagues onshore and offshore to ensure all data points are accurate across all platforms (ATS, customer engagement & sourcing platforms)

  • Collaborating with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in respect of Talent operations that drive mutual benefit for clients and talent alike.

  • Develop an understanding of each client environment to design and execute reporting requirements ongoing.

  • Lead the reporting and governance stream of all implementation projects, whilst partnering with other stream leads to achieve desired project related deliverables.

  • Partner with advisory SMEs (Tech, Operations & Brand) to develop market leading go to market solutions.

Qualifications

We'd love you to have:

  • Strong knowledge of talent technology and its analytics functionality – design, run and investigating the data

  • Advanced Power BI and MS office skills specifically excel and PowerPoint

  • Collaborative nature and the ability to adjust one's perspective according to the situation.

  • Confident, positive demeanour and great presentation skills

  • Exceptional communication skills both in person and via video calls

  • Good customer service skills and the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences.

  • Strong organizational competency and an attention to detail

  • Potential to build relationships to the level of trusted advisor with stakeholders internally and externally.

  • The desire to take a quality approach to recruitment and a strong work ethic.
