We are looking for IMPEX Staff who will be responsible for managing import and export processes efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth operations within our IMPEX Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import and export activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to expedite shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movements to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Resolve any issues or delays in the import/export process promptly
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, tariffs, and duties
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall performance
Job Requirements:
- With a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- With experience in import/export operations, preferably in a similar role
- With strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
- With high attention to details and strong analytical skills
