Technical Trainer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Formulate and develop effective training program (in-house and outsourced trainings).

· Develop skills and competency standards for technical personnel.

· Develop knowledge and skills evaluation reports.

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis for all technical personnel.

· Prepare and develop training materials and presentation.

· Manage the delivery of training programs

· Perform theoretical and classroom training

· Conduct practical and actual training practice on site

· Monitor and implement training schedule

· Ensure compliant to statutory training requirement

· Update training records in coordination with human resource and admin

· Conduct field monitoring of trainees

· Coordinate with suppliers and other sources for technical training needs

· Prepare training requests and budget

· Conduct assessment of the effectiveness of training programs.

· Perform related functions

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

· Preferably licensed Engineer

· Minimum of three (3) years work related experience in training formulation, development and implementation

· High level of interpersonal skills and integrity

· Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to multitask
