Qualifications:

  • Must have an active PHRN license
  • With at least 1 year experience in Healthcare BPO – prior authorization experience is preferred but not required and/or at least 1-2 years bedside care experience in an acute setting (clinics are not included)
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be amenable to work ONSITE (Site Location: Ortigas, Pasig)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed review of clinical documentation to assess the medical necessity of requests.
  • Submit prior authorization requests to payers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policy requirements.
  • Track and follow up on authorization requests, managing denied authorizations and filing appeals, as necessary.
