• Legal Drafting & Documentation: Extensive experience in drafting and reviewing pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, service-level agreements, data privacy policies, and regulatory filings tailored to the financial services industry.

• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Mitigation: In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including those issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other financial regulators. Skilled in ensuring organizational compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks governing e-money and remittance services.

• Corporate & Financial Law: Strong command of corporate governance, banking and financial services law, fintech regulations, and electronic money issuances. Experienced in supporting legal aspects of corporate structuring, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Adept in managing and resolving legal disputes involving criminal, labor, civil, and commercial cases, including representation before administrative, quasi-judicial, and judicial bodies.

• Contract Negotiation & Management: Proficient in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements including agency agreements, merchant contracts, partnerships, and licensing arrangements, with an emphasis on operational and financial risk management.

• Data Privacy & Consumer Protection: Well-versed in the Data Privacy Act and consumer protection laws, ensuring compliance in handling personal data and safeguarding customer rights across digital platforms.

• Strategic Legal Advisory: Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice to senior management, support business growth initiatives, and align legal strategy with operational and commercial objectives.
