Billing Clerk

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male or Female
• Graduate of 4 year business course or medical course
• Preferably with work experience as billing clerk or in a hospital setting
• With knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Has good communication skills both written and oral
• Flexible, organized, and responsible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assigned in different areas in the hospital (ER, OR, ICU, and other Ward floors).
• Checks on the completeness of Bizbox Charges.
• Checks on the accuracy of Bizbox charges versus patient's chart medication.
• Secure the correctness of charged items.
• Informs and coordinates the Nursing Service Office on the discrepancies found.
• Initiates to return the medicines not used by the patients.
• Charges items, laboratories, services, medicines for unaccounted patient's bill.
• Daily update of patient's bill.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 1 month
