JOB TITLE

.NET DEVELOPER /C# Developer

A .NET developer creates, designs, and maintains software applications using the Microsoft .NET framework. They are responsible for writing clean, scalable code and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies. This includes coding, debugging, and testing to ensure software functions correctly and efficiently.
  • Database Management: Work with databases like SQL Server, writing queries, and optimizing database performance to support application functionality.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on business goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance problems in existing applications.
  • Code Quality: Adhere to best practices in software development, including writing clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a .NET Developer, or in a similar role.

· Technical Skills: · C#, ASP.NET, ASP.Net Core, JAVASCRPIT, MVC,VB and SQL server, MYSQL

HTML, CSS, Web Forms, Web API, Entity Frameworks, Web Services, MVC, GIT, OOP knowledgeable/Agile Methodology

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically preferred.

THE CANDIDATE

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

· Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience using .NET technology (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)

· Team players with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Works under minimal supervision.

· Disciplined, self-starter and solutions-oriented.

· Attention to Details – Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.

· Analytical Thinking – Analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems

· Integrity – being honest and ethical

· Adaptability/Flexibility – being open to change and to consider variety in workplace

· Initiative – Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges

· Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write technical documentation (Functional Specification Document, Business Requirement, Test plans and/or test cases, etc). To communicate effectively to other stakeholders

· Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability to translate technical requirements and test plans

· Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find the best possible solutions to meet deadlines.

· Ability to think abstract – to ensure the ability not to conform to the norm. Norms do not find solutions quickly.

· Professionalism - Solid understanding of business practices with a fundamental understanding of project management methodology
