QUALITIES

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in any site specially in Carmona, Cavite
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• With experience in a construction firm is an advantage.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Assist in managing and follow up of purchase orders.
• Handling and monitoring of claims to suppliers and vendors for defectives, shortage and missing parts.
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support relevant department with quotation for the purpose of tender.
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
• Any other tasks may be assigned by the immediate superior

SKILLS

• Must be computer literate ( MS Word, Exel, Powerpoint)
• Can work without direct supervision
• Knows basic clerical duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good in writing and listening skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
