  • Continuous monitoring and analysis of equipment performance
  • Early detection of defects or failures in equipment through use of service alarms or other means
  • Minimization of equipment downtime by utilizing back up units in case equipment encounters faults, shutdown due to equipment problem, and shut down due to external factors.
  • Use of internal and external test systems to locate faults and fix problems quickly.
  • Provides reports on the conduct of Temp/ Humidity profiling, exhaust and FFU flow measurements, and particle counts.
  • Response and adjust to changing occupant needs modifying the HVAC, lighting, electrical, telecommunications, safety, housekeeping, and building automation control systems as needed.
  • Inform manufacturing team about major activities that may affect production operations, product quality, health, or comfort by use of systematized escalation process flows and a Business Continuity Plan.
  • Performs start-up, shutdown, and basic parameters adjustments as needed or as scheduled.
  • Maintains and updates manufacturing tools list, has records on their nameplate ratings, and records of the tool requirements (utilities) and specifications.
  • Reviews operating manuals and specifications of equipment, system process flows and parameters.
  • Assists in monitoring all work being performed by contractors.
  • Assist with the test run of equipment after maintenance, modifications, and upgrades are done prior to turnover for use.
  • Responsible for the refilling and hauling of LGC Tanks as requested by the manufacturing group.
  • Monitor, operate, track inventory, and refill required chemicals (in case NALCO is not around) under water treatment system (open and close loop).
  • Responds to support operational and emergency situations as required (Call in).
  • Assists in waste reduction and management.
  • Performs operational duties based on Block and Schematic diagrams of systems assigned.
  • Creates documents and presentation such as shift reports and activity reports as required.
  • Navigates through the internet and accesses the organization's website for specifications, process workflows, HR services and websites required by the job
  • Prepares concise, factual, complete shift reports and documentations such as monitoring log sheets operations log, and SFC's.
  • Articulates messages and conveys ideas through speech and writing to fit the situation as well as provision of well-organized, thorough, concise and accurate verbal and written communication.
  • Gathers data for analysis and applies appropriate statistical tools to analyze set of data; navigates the historian to extract parameter trending that maybe used for reporting and analyzing of data.
  • Carries cell phone/radios as required for on-call emergencies and as manpower support during rest days and leaves of other personnel.
  • Drives continuous improvement in processes, equipment, products or services, and tracks these improvements to closure and completion in accordance to TIPI's Quality Policy.
  • Performs 5S audits, closure of audit findings and updates 5S related documentation.
  • Responds to emergency, scheduled, situational equipment failures and shutdown activities.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be required/requested by TIPI/Immediate Superior from time to time.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

May require valid driver's license.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
