The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment, and facilities that support Refletech Corporation's operations. This role involves ensuring that all mechanical aspects of projects meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards while providing technical support to production, project implementation, and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in design, installation, or maintenance of mechanical systems (fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and facility utilities is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
