Telecom Engineer

Project Supervision: Lead and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets engineering and company standards and adheres to client specifications.

Coordination: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.

Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance documentation for project tracking.

Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues related to construction, quality, and safety, proposing effective solutions when challenges arise.

Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower construction (Full Turn-Key).

Preferably Site Engineer in Civil/Construction Engineering.

Strong understanding of telco project requirements, including telecommunication tower specifications and FTK processes.

Proficiency in project management software and site planning tools.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of safety standards and quality control practices specific to telecommunications infrastructure.
