Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing service flow in a busy restaurant, café, bar, or hotel outlet
  • Hands-on experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic inventory control
  • Strong track record of customer service excellence and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant/bar operations to ensure smooth service
  • Lead, support, and motivate the service team during shifts
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee inventory, stock levels, and ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Promote menu items and support revenue goals
