Position: LLM Annotator

Location: Remote / Work-from-Home

About the Role:

As an LLM Annotator, you will help train large language models that power our AI-native games. Your work will focus on improving logical reasoning and emotional intelligence in dialogues and interactions to create immersive player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate in-game dialogues, quests, and character interactions
• Evaluate model responses using internal language & logic rubrics
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of annotated data
• Work with research and product teams to enhance model performance

Qualifications:

• Degree or experience in Writing, Storytelling, Copywriting, Technical Writing, STEM, Data disciplines, Psychology, or Philosophy
• Passion for narrative-driven or role-playing games
• Students are welcome to apply

WFH Capability Requirements:

• Reliable computer or laptop suitable for annotation tasks
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Quiet workspace for focused work
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with AI models (RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluation, auditing)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php Php150.00 per hour
