Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an NCLEX Lecturer located in Bamban, Tarlac. The NCLEX Lecturer will be responsible for teaching NCLEX review topics to aspiring RNs and sharing test-taking tips, strategies and critical thinking. Additionally, they are tasked in monitoring student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly and supporting students as they prepare to pass the NCLEX

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field
  • NCLEX passer
  • 2-3 years industry work experience
  • US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (preferably)
  • Strong knowledge of NCLEX material and examination format
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or preparing students for standard examinations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement curriculum and educational resources
  • Proven ability to engage students and improve their academic performance
