Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Strong background in recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and other administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems, HR tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
