Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of solid experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Strong background in recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using HRIS systems, HR tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Work Location: 3rd Floor Aero Tower,J. De Veyra St, Cebu City, 6000 Cebu

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
