We are seeking an individual with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and JSON, to come join us on our exciting journey of growth Reporting directly to the Director, Marketing, this position is a part of the lifecycle marketing team. You will be developing and executing in-product programs that will focus on customer onboarding, retention, and growth across the N-able portfolio of products. This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with the Product Management, Marketing, User Experience, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Sales to support users on products and services through an in-product analytics and communication system. The role will leverage your technical aptitude, strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical skills and ability to utilize customer insights.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop solutions using JavaScript and other related technologies. Leverage your experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to explore the advanced capabilities of an in-product communication system to create compelling guides for trial users and customers across the entire product portfolio, Q/A your work and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, User Experience, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Sales) to build and execute in-product marketing programs, measure results, and optimize programs as needed. Communicating effectively with team members and external teams.
• Understand in-app solution integrations with other systems such as Salesforce, Marketo.
• Access and analyze proactively the in-product programs and platform data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights and additional testing initiatives. Utilize data to support decisions.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of documentation including system requirements, system design, use cases, project artifacts, process models and flows.
• Perform QA in-product programs to verify that they work across different browsers, operating systems.
• Design and implement scalable and optimized for maintenance solutions.

What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of experience in developing scalable web applications using native JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• 3 years of work experience in using REST APIs with JSON and SQL.
• Efficiently diagnose and resolve issues in complex environments and can work independently or as part of a team.
• Systematic project and time management skills with the ability to organize and juggle multiple time-sensitive projects to meet project deadlines and deliver assignments on time.
• Proven analytical skills and rigor that is data-driven with strong results orientation.
• Effective communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
