Acquisition of Permits from city or municipal halls, barangays, homeowners and other entities for engineering projects/restoration.
Negotiate with building owners/administrators to rent space for node and/or installation of the antenna.
Prepare row acquisition documents according to related government department/owner requirements
Degree in electronics/telecommunication engineering or equivalent
more than one year experience in row acquisition
familiar with row acquisition procedure and departments
possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local laws, and other regulations regarding a telecommunications provider's use of municipal rights of way .
Ability to understand complex business plans and to successfully negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet company objectives.
Ability to compare competitor agreements, note variations, and negotiate for equitable treatment in agreements.
Experience with local government franchise ordinance approval process including document preparation, workshops, and city council public hearing process.
Ability to represent the client at city council or county commission meetings in a professional and persuasive manner to effectively communicate company objectives .
