- Clean, sanitize, and maintain office areas including workstations, conference rooms, reception area, pantry, and comfort rooms.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and timely disposal of trash.
- Refill and replenish office supplies such as drinking water, tissue, soap, and pantry items.
- Assist in the arrangement of meeting rooms and office setups as needed.
- Support staff during deliveries—receiving, carrying, or organizing office supplies.
- Monitor and report any facility concerns (e.g., electrical issues, plumbing problems, damaged furniture).
- Maintain cleanliness of office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and appliances (external cleaning only).
- Assist with errands such as delivering documents, photocopying, or organizing files when required.
- Follow company safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Admin or Office Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in office utility, housekeeping, or janitorial work.
- Physically fit; able to lift and carry moderate loads.
- Trustworthy, hardworking, and punctual.
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on flexible hours if needed.
