A US-based company is seeking a Data Visualization Analyst to design and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards and analytical insights. This role is hands-on and will focus on transforming complex datasets into intuitive visual experiences that drive business decisions. The analyst will work within Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Tableau, developing data models, designing reports, and enabling self-service analytics for business users. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills in data modeling and visualization with a consulting mindset focused on clarity, storytelling, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with business objectives and design best practices.
  • Build and maintain semantic data models and datasets (Fabric Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Datasets).
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across data pipelines.
  • Translate business questions into analytical views and data visualizations that provide actionable insights.
  • Create design standards, templates, and governance practices to promote consistency and scalability.
  • Enable self-service analytics through dataset curation, data literacy support, and user enablement.
  • Partner with consultants and client teams to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric for enterprise data preparation and modeling (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2).
  • Expertise in SQL and query optimization for analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to design visuals that balance clarity, interactivity, and business storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Understanding of data governance, security roles, and workspace management in Power BI Service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Python or R for data transformation or advanced analytics integration.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, SQL MI).
  • Experience connecting Power BI to ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle, D365, NetSuite).
  • Exposure to consulting or client delivery environments, particularly in data & analytics engagements.

Success Criteria:

  • Delivery of insightful, performance-optimized dashboards in Power BI and Fabric environments.
  • Establishment of scalable visualization standards and reusable assets for offshore delivery.
  • Collaboration with U.S. consulting teams to support client delivery with minimal oversight.
  • Tangible business impact demonstrated through improved decision-making and user adoption.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
