JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL AND CHECK OUT CLEANING

  1. Prepares the beddings. Strips and remakes beds with fresh linen in every room.

  2. Cleans and sanitize the toilet, including wiping of mirrors and all vanity fixtures down in bathroom, removing all hair from the floor.

  3. Dusts all furniture and fixtures including headboard, lamps and desk mirror

  4. Checks under bed, drawers and closet for left behind items and or trash.

  5. Empties wastebaskets and tray (if used)

  6. Wipes all windows sills, doors and walls as needed

  7. Clean every room, spot clean when see stains. Mops and cleans grills, ashtrays, stairs and garage (if applicable)

  8. Restock soap, disposable cup, coffee and other amenities.

  9. Checks items in room and turn off the light and air condition as soon as the customer leaves the room.

  10. Reporting the broken or malfunctioned bulbs, televisions or fixtures in rooms and other areas of the hotel.

  11. Maintains cleanliness of the corridor, stairs, and lobby

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  1. Ushers the customer in their room and unlocks the door.

  2. Delivers the ordered food/supplies in the room

  3. Receives payment for ordered food/ supplies and remits to the cashier

  4. Answers customer inquiries within her capacity and authority.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • With TESDA Certificate of Housekeeping
  • With or without experience
