JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
• Create and curate social media content
• Schedule and publish content across various digital platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
• Execute marketing campaigns (paid search display advertising, and social media ads, etc.)
• Tracking the performance of campaigns and reporting on key metrics.
SEARCH MANAGEMENT
• Conduct keyword research and analysis.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements for SEO.
REPORTING DUTIES
• Report and analyze marketing performance including Google Analytics
• Report key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
• Prepare recommendations based on data analysis.
MARKETING EXECUTION
• Execute marketing strategies with other departments such as merchandising and operations.
• Source and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
• Manage marketing calendars and deadlines.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Handle other administrative tasks as required by the marketing team.
MARKET RESEARCH
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, or social media platforms are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not always required.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics).
• Strong writing and editing skills for content creation.
• Graphic design skills (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) can be beneficial.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willing to work in Sucat Sucat, Parañaque City
