  • If hired, the associate will be asked to report for work at the soonest possible time.
  • Will immediately handle active litigation cases, including civil, criminal, labor as well as taxation, and corporate matters.
  • Will do corporate work like drafting and reviewing contracts and rendering of written legal opinion, including in-house corporate servicing of a client.
  • Must work with minimal supervision from partners.
