Purpose

We're seeking a creative strategist who deeply understands how video content influences consumer behavior. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO, CMO, and internal team to produce short- and long-form videos that feel organic, emotionally authentic, and performance-driven. Your work will turn ideas into content that builds trust, drives engagement, and converts viewers into loyal patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging video content—short-form (e.g., social clips, UGC-style) and long-form (e.g., brand stories, testimonials).
  • Lead all phases of video production: scripting, storyboarding, filming (including directing on-camera talent), editing, and post-production.
  • Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content.
  • Develop authentic UGC-style content and testimonial videos that resonate emotionally, while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into campaigns, track performance metrics, and iterate based on insights.
  • Ensure content is optimized for performance—engagement, conversion, view-through rates, and shareability.
  • Maintain organized workflows, responsive communication, and timely delivery, especially when working directly with executives.
  • Adapt to feedback and new ideas, stay current with video trends in health, wellness, lifestyle, and digital marketing.

Key Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in videography, editing, or content production with demonstrable results.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing short-form storytelling and high-performing ad-style content (please include links).
  • Proficient in at least one of the major editing platforms: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Skilled in UGC-style, testimonial, and brand storytelling videos.
  • Comfortable directing on-camera talent to achieve authentic, natural delivery.
  • Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach—able to balance creative instinct with performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, responsive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with senior leadership (CEO, CMO).
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and willingness to adapt to feedback.
  • Passionate about health, wellness, or lifestyle branding; experience in healthcare or fitness is a plus.
