who want to make a real impact on students' success.

What You'll Do

• Teach IELTS Academic and General Training online via Zoom to Filipino students preparing for study, work, or migration abroad.
• Design and deliver lessons that are interactive, clear, and goal-driven.
• Evaluate student performance, mark mock tests, and offer detailed feedback to help them improve.
• Keep accurate class records, attendance, and student progress updates.
• Engage with students beyond class — answer their questions, motivate them, and help them stay on track.
• Collaborate with the academic team to create engaging learning experiences and content ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Minimum
  2 years of English teaching or tutoring experience
  (experience with IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL is a big plus).
• TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification.
• Great presentation and teaching skills with a clear, confident delivery style.
• A supportive attitude and ability to connect with learners from different backgrounds.
• A flexible, creative mindset — ready to grow with a dynamic startup environment.
