Minimum Qualification:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/ Media or equivalent.

  2. Has a strong design sense of color, layout and typography

  3. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

  4. Has the ability to work independently or as part of a team

  5. Can do layout via Corel Draw; Experience in video editing is a plus

  6. Minimum 1 year of work experience in Marketing/Ecommerce/IT related company (Fresh Graduates are welcome.)

Job Description:

  1. Manage the visual representation of WSI brand across all media and various types of usage (internal or external).
  2. Design and create multimedia materials that meet the specific guidelines of commercial or marketing needs, such as collaterals, displays, packaging or logo design.
  3. Utilize a variety of media tools in order to achieve the desired artistic or decorative effects.
  4. Adhere to each product's brand guidelines and ensure compliance to the principals' brand usage guides.
  5. Coordinates with clients and other personnel to deliver required design based on the specifications and expectations of client.
  6. Coordinates with printers/suppliers for required artwork or printing requirements to ensure products meet specific standard.
  7. Develop basic knowledge and understanding of WSI's product line.
  8. Manage a diverse set if projects and delivery output while under specific time constraints and other external challenges.

  9. Provide assistance during ingress/egress for exhibits and special events when necessary.

  10. Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CorelDraw, basic knowledge in video editing. With sense of urgency and able to work on rush projects. Must be creative and can think outside the box.
