Job Overview:

We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Data Engineer to support our enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of designing and building modern data infrastructure using Microsoft Fabric and delivering insightful, high-impact dashboards through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines across cloud and enterprise systems.

  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric to implement end-to-end data workflows—from ingestion to transformation and reporting.

  • Build and optimise semantic models and datasets aligned with business requirements.

  • Create compelling Power BI dashboards and reports that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Work with data stakeholders to ensure reliability, accuracy, and consistency in reporting and metrics.

  • Automate data refresh, validation, and alerting processes to reduce manual overhead and boost productivity.

  • Support metadata-driven architectures and scalable medallion layer design (Landing → Bronze → Silver → Gold).

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI: report creation, DAX, data modelling, and workspace governance.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouses, Pipelines, and Semantic Models.

  • Proficient in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python or PySpark).

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure and tools for version control and automation.

  • Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and performance optimisation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Must be willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
