JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in any field

At least 1year experience in production sub-leader

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Assist the Production Leader in daily manufacturing operations

Prepare and submit production reports to management
