As a Fund Servicing Manager within the Fund Operations team, you will lead operational balancing and reconciliations, ensuring data integrity and promoting resolution of aged breaks. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and supporting strategic initiatives through effective collaboration and data management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete operational balancing, reconciliations, and identification of breaks, including matching and sourcing breaks to the correct resolver groups.
  • Monitor the aged breaks queue and drive closure through effective investigation and resolution.
  • Perform routine inquiries, research, and regular and ad hoc reporting to support operational needs.
  • Coordinate with internal business partners and processing hubs to ensure smooth operations and data flow.
  • Conduct feeds and data validation, including data upload activities, to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage the setup and closure of accounts in the Reconciliations Tool, ensuring accurate account management.
  • Assist with systems testing or enhancements and participate in various projects and activities as assigned.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Banking/Finance operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management and partnership skills with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change.
     

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related course; CPA License is an advantage.
  • Preferably with Asset Servicing, Income and Corporate Actions background
  • Basic knowledge or working experience in the industry, with Funds Services/Reconciliations knowledge as an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Macros/Queries on MS Excel/Access; additional experience is a plus.
  • Six Sigma or related training is an advantage, enhancing process improvement capabilities.
  • Familiarity with iRecs/WINS/COSMIC systems is an advantage, supporting operational efficiency.
