About the Role

We're looking for a driven and confident
Cold Caller/LeadGen Specialist
to help us reach potential clients and support our marketing efforts. You'll play a key role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and assisting the marketing team with outreach and content tasks that attract and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and schedule meetings.
• Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, social media, and email outreach.
• Manage CRM data — update call notes, track responses, and maintain accurate client information.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and service fit.
• Handle basic objection management and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and social media outreach).
• Help draft or personalize follow-up messages, posts, and simple marketing content.
• Support lead list building and market research for targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign results and identify improvement areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in B2B).
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.
• Basic understanding of marketing and social media engagement.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Positive attitude, strong English proficiency, and willingness to learn new systems.
