Repairman (Silang)

Position Title: Hotel Repairman

Department: Engineering / Maintenance

The Hotel Repairman is responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure that all hotel facilities, equipment, and utilities are in proper working condition. The role requires proficiency in basic electrical works, welding, and painting, as well as other general repair tasks to support hotel operations and maintain guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical works such as wiring, installation, replacement of outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Carry out welding jobs for structural repairs, fixtures, and other maintenance requirements.
• Execute painting works to maintain the hotel's aesthetic standards, including walls, furniture, and fixtures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, vocational course, or equivalent technical training.
• Proven experience in general repair and maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge and hands-on skills in electrical works, welding, and painting are required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
