We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and collections.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during financial audits.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of accounting processes and controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience using quickbooks
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, with expertise in AP and AR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
