Your Role:

As an
Events Operations Manager,
you'll collaborate closely with our Group Head of Events to identify event concepts, meticulously plan every detail, provide support for operations, and oversee vendor relationships across Australia, Singapore and global events. Your responsibilities will extend to nurturing after-sales exhibitor relationships and ensuring a smooth journey for exhibitors and sponsors.

In addition, you'll take a lead role in supporting and managing the overall operations, vendor and systems management of Aspermont events, supporting the team and the Group Head of Events. Your role will encompass the management of various Aspermont events.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIIMITED TO:

  • Event Management: Collaborate with the Group Head of Events to develop innovative event concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Event Planning: Take a lead role in meticulously planning and organizing events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Production Assistance: Contribute to speaker acquisition efforts and provide research and outreach support to strengthen event production.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the smooth execution of event operations, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring their performance meets our high standards.
  • Exhibitor and Sponsor Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support to exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • Event Launch: Lead and support the successful launch of future events of Aspermont, working closely with the team and the Group Head of Events.
  • Multi-Event Management: Efficiently manage other Aspermont events, including Investor lunches, breakfast roundtables, and other project-based events.
  • The role reports to the Group Head of Events.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Experience with Roadshows and Expos is preferred.
