Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our expanding retail team. In this role, you will interact with shoppers, confidently present products, and help ensure each customer enjoys a positive shopping experience from start to finish. You will also support daily store operations and contribute to achieving overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers, offer assistance with product choices, and clearly explain features and benefits
  • Operate the POS system, process payments, and ensure transactions are completed accurately
  • Track inventory, restock shelves, and follow procedures for pricing, discounts, and audits
  • Support the Store Manager with various operational and customer service tasks
  • Work toward individual and team sales targets using customer-focused selling techniques
  • Recommend products through effective upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • Assist with marketing initiatives such as social media posts, live selling, in-store campaigns, and events
  • Update customers on current promotions, special offers, and upcoming product launches
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and timely follow-ups
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports as required

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of retail sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Strong verbal communication and customer interaction skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Familiar with major social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
  • Experience with online or live selling is an advantage

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable using social media for customer interaction
  • Bonus: Experience hosting live selling sessions or online product demos

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work in various store branches or office locations as needed
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take on additional duties when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php600.00 per day
