Kitchen Cutter

Kaokee Singaporean Restaurant is hiring for Kitchen Cutter to join our growing team at our Makati branch

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Cutter, or in a similar role preferred
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients
• Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations
• Set up and maintain back-of-house (BOH) workstations with required ingredients and supplies
• Store food items properly and ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the kitchen head or immediate supervisor
