To contribute to the growth and profitability of store operations by providing excellent overall guest experience through service quality standards execution
Key Result Area 1: Customer Satisfaction Delivery Through Product Quality Standards Execution
- Consistently implements service quality standards such as welcoming and seating guests, taking guests' orders, punching orders, serving drinks and food, closing the service transaction, among others.
- Promptly attends to customer needs and feedback. Addresses and endorses customer complaints to manager according to prescribed standards and procedures.
- Ensures that the service areas have the proper inventory levels of the needed supplies for the shift.
- Ensures that the dining areas are clean and in good condition.
- Adheres to safe food handling practices.
Key Result Area 2: Contribute to Sales and Financial Performance Through Standards Implementation
- Performs proper suggestive selling
- Performs service tasks with care and based on standards to avoid wastage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in HRM or equivalent
- College Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- With 1 year work experience in similar capacity in food service or hospitality industry preferably from restaurants and hotels
- Has a good communication skills
- Great customer service
