Overview:
Responsible for the delivery of tech-associated support services for customers via chat and phone support.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer tech issues via phone and chat.
- Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and device troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Resolve network and technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
- Own customer issues, provide timely updates, and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain high service standards and follow IT service management protocols.
- Coordinate with support and partners as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams.
If you:
• have at least 1 year of Tech experience and 2 years college in IT or a related field
• are at least 18 years old
• have basic web navigation skills
• have good communication skills
• are willing to start immediately
