Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
• Create and prepare high-quality beverages according to recipes and customer requests.
• Develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal menus to enhance the bar's offerings.
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and taste.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.
• Place orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Minimize waste and control bar costs to meet profitability goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain high performance levels.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
• Conduct regular meetings to address team concerns and provide feedback.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Promote a welcoming and lively atmosphere in the bar area.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales.
• Prepare bar performance reports and assist in budget management.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase bar revenue.
• Assist in planning and executing bar-related events and promotions.
• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure event success.
