Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal menus to enhance the bar's offerings.
- Ensure consistency in drink preparation, presentation, and taste.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies.
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Minimize waste and control bar costs to meet profitability goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to maintain high performance levels.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during shifts.
- Conduct regular meetings to address team concerns and provide feedback.
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive and engaging experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Promote a welcoming and lively atmosphere in the bar area.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily sales.
- Prepare bar performance reports and assist in budget management.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to increase bar revenue.
- Assist in planning and executing bar-related events and promotions.
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure event success.
