Senior Architect

Job description:

• Experience in Project / Construction Management
• Responsible and can achieve objectives of Time, Quality, and Cost.
• Coordinate with the Consultants / Designers and Contractors.
• Evaluate proposals and quotations.
• Prepares correspondence and monitors any adjustment/modification in design during the construction stage.​

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS in Architecture (Board Passer/ Professional License Exam is a plus).
• With a minimum of five (5) and above years of experience in Architectural Works for residential condominiums, hotels, and resorts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD.
• Applicant must be willing to relocate (PROJECT LOCATION CARMONA CAVITE)
• You can start immediately.
• Full-time position(s) available.
• Salary to be negotiated, depending on the qualification of the successful candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
