BIM Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Produce coordinated 3D BIM models and simulations of BIM models based off existing detailed design 2D CAD/markup drawings and files produced by detailed design consultants using Revit.
• Setup of BIM views for use by the project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and models.
• Create BIM work sets and implement work-sharing processes.
• Perform clash detection in Autodesk Navisworks or similar software.
• Use the Revit family editor to build BIM content for building components, as necessary.
• Work with various disciplines and external parties to create BIM and subsequent drawings based on schematic diagrams and models.
• Assist both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenance.
• Work with various parties to update as-built model and 2D sheet files through construction with changes on-site or as instructed.
• Work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates, and content.
• Monitor and check for model quality and integrity.
• Provide feedback to Consultant Designers and Engineers.
• Produce models and drawings consistent with Project instructions, guidelines, and CAD and BIM standards.
• Modify CAD and BIM files for use in design drawings (clean-up, audit, reference, and troubleshoot).
• Performs other roles, duties, and responsibilities directed by immediate superior that support the organization's Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies, and Core Values.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of five 5 years of work-related technical experience. (Required)
• Knowledge in using Revit for actual projects.
• Working understanding of local and international codes and standards and experience in the consulting business carrying out MEP design.
• Oral and Written Communication
• Knowledge in Eurocode is a plus
• Working understanding of local and international codes and standards and experience in the consulting business carrying out mechanical design, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, process works, and other work-related matters.
• Revit MEP, Naviswork, BIM360
• Willingness to work on flexible/extended work schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
