What You'll Do:

• Lead and guide our BIM team in creating accurate, detailed 3D models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver seamless designs.
• Oversee integration of MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary) systems in BIM models.
• Solve design challenges through clash detection and BIM coordination.

What We're Looking For:

• Architecture graduate (Licensed Architect is a plus).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows.
• With strong knowledge in:
• o Mechanical (HVAC & ductwork)o Electrical (power, lighting, cable trays)o Plumbing (water supply, drainage, waste piping)o Sanitary (sewer & stormwater systems)
• At least 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
• A proactive leader with great coordination and problem-solving skills.

Nature of Employment:

• Project-based role with a 2-year project duration.
